30 Things I Love About You

I love the way you love me,
And how you tend to care
I love the way you laugh
And how you tend to stare

I love the way you make fun of me
And how you say you don't
I love the way you smile
And make everything worth while

I love the way you walk
And how you tend to talk
I love the way you whisper I love you in my ear
And how you hug me so I won't fear

I love the way you kiss me
And the way you kiss my neck
I love the way you drive me crazy
And how you kiss and peck

I love the way you look in jeans
And how youre very hot
I love the way you sit by me
After I circle the spot

I love the way you sit on me
And how you press your hair
I love the way you respect me
And let me do my dares

I love the way you let me hit you
And how you say it hurts
I love the way you explain things
I love it when you flirt

But most of all I love you for being you
And how the understanding of our relationship is just meant for us two
Baby I will love you long after I die
Because I know without you I would cry

What I Love About You

I love the way you look at me,
Your eyes so bright and blue.
I love the way you kiss me,
Your lips so soft and smooth.

I love the way you make me so happy,
And the ways you show you care.
I love the way you say, "I Love You,"
And the way you're always there.

I love the way you touch me,
Always sending chills down my spine.
I love that you are with me,
And glad that you are mine.

At The Heaven's Door

On all the times ago
Whenever in sleep I go
To make some dreams of you
To be there just with you
You made me want to cry
You made me think to die
So simple way you broke
My heart it had a stroke
You'll never find me again
You'll never know where I am
One day you'll be so sad
Thinking why did be so bad
And will be your turn to cry
To reach me you'll think to die
But I've always been waiting there
At the heaven's door, love blooms everywhere.

An Endless List of Love ~ Maria

If I had to put together a list of your positive attributes,
I would be sitting here forever.
You are the most endearing and friendly person I have ever known.
Your personality, looks, and mind have enchanted me in such an extraordinary way.
God forbid the day you pass on; for if you die, a huge portion of me dies as well.
You are the sun on a stormy day.
You are the warmth on a cold evening.
You are the passion in our love making.
Everything I can't express, everything I can't emphasize enough with words, that is what defines you.
As I said, my list could go on for infinity, for you are what makes my life worth living.

A Special World

A special world for you and me
A special bond one cannot see
It wraps us up in its cocoon
And holds us fiercely in its womb.

Its fingers spread like fine spun gold
Gently nestling us to the fold
Like silken thread it holds us fast
Bonds like this are meant to last.

And though at times a thread may break
A new one forms in its wake
To bind us closer and keep us strong
In a special world, where we belong.

What is love?

What is love? It is one of the most difficult questions for the mankind. Centuries have passed by, relationships have bloomed and so has love. But no one can give the proper definition of love. To some Love is friendship set on fire for others. Maybe love is like luck. You have to go all the way to find it. No matter how you define it or feel it, love is the eternal truth in the history of mankind.

Love is patient, love is kind. It has no envy, nor it boasts itself and it is never proud. It rejoices over the evil and is the truth seeker. Love protects; preserves and hopes for the positive aspect of life. Always stand steadfast in love, not fall into it. It is like the dream of your matter of affection coming true. Love can occur between two or more individuals. It bonds them and connects them in a unified link of trust, intimacy and interdependence. It enhances the relationship and comforts the soul. Love should be experienced and not just felt. The depth of love can not be measured. Look at the relationship between a mother and a child. The mother loves the child unconditionally and it can not be measured at all. A different dimension can be attained between any relationships with the magic of love. Love can be created. You just need to focus on the goodness of the other person. If this can be done easily, then you can also love easily. And remember we all have some positive aspect in us, no matter how bad our deeds maybe. And as God said “Love all”.

Depending on context, love can be of different varieties. Romantic love is a deep, intense and unending. It shared on a very intimate and interpersonal and sexual relationship. The term Platonic love, familial love and religious love are also matter of great affection. It is more of desire, preference and feelings. The meaning of love will change with each different relationship and depends more on its concept of depth, versatility, and complexity. But at times the very existence of love is questioned. Some say it is false and meaningless. It says that it never exist, because there has been many instances of hatred and brutality in relationships. The history of our world has witnessed many such events. There has been hatred between brothers, parents and children, sibling rivalry and spouses have failed each other. Friends have betrayed each other; the son has killed his parents for the throne, the count is endless. Even the modern generation is also facing with such dilemmas everyday. But love is not responsible for that. It is us, the people, who have forgotten the meaning of love and have undertaken such gruesome apathy.

In the past the study of philosophy and religion has done many speculations on the phenomenon of love. But love has always ruled, in music, poetry, paintings, sculptor and literature. Psychology has also done lot of dissection to the essence of love, just like what biology, anthropology and neuroscience has also done to it.

Psychology portrays love as a cognitive phenomenon with a social cause. It is said to have three components in the book of psychology: Intimacy, Commitment, and Passion. Also, in an ancient proverb love is defined as a high form of tolerance. And this view has been accepted and advocated by both philosophers and scholars. Love also includes compatibility. But it is more of journey to the unknown when the concept of compatibility comes into picture. Maybe the person whom we see in front of us, may be least compatible than the person who is miles away. We might talk to each other and portray that we love each other, but practically we do not end up into any relationship. Also in compatibility, the key is to think about the long term successful relationship, not a short journey. We need to understand each other and must always remember that no body is perfect.

Be together, share your joy and sorrow, understand each other, provide space to each other, but always be there for each others need. And surely love will blossom to strengthen your relationship with your matter of affection.

Tips To Find A Good Girl

My wife's best friend is a Thai Chinese lady in her early thirties. She is attractive, ravishable in more of a Chinese or Chiang Mai than a lowland Thai way, well educated (Chula and proper English courtesy of the British Council), runs several businesses (import / export), works very hard, has a good disposable income, dresses well and fashionably, excruciatingly honest, great fun to be with, speaks 4 languages, hangs out at the Londoner but prefers the Conrad etc. I really cannot sing the praises of this lady enough BUT I have failed in three years of looking and sifting to find her a suitable husband candidate and she is becoming really sad. I have tried Thais, expatriate Chinese, expatriate farangs, mates of mine from HK, members of the BC rugby team (desperation creeping in), on the internet, in the pub, at parties, functions, balls etc. WHERE ARE ALL THE GOOD GUYS? I will say at this point that some of my male Thai friends are absolute smashers. Good looking, sense of humour, well educated, fluent English etc. but all unfaithful, routine whoremongers of the highest grade but tasteful and discreet. (Respectable girls do not jump into bed with them etc. lazy gits). Well to do Thai guys are great fun but become tarred with the same brush and the lower echelons are not suitable as they will resent her
success and income. I have filtered dozens of farang prospects with my simple background check, take them to the bar. Whoremongers are out as are alcoholics (hence most of my friends) and dis-organised, chaotic people (my brother, rich but chaotic) and extremely physically challenged (though standards are not that high in this regard). All she is looking for is a genuine, single, educated man of age 30 to 45 who would be prepared to settle down and share their life. Income is not important, ability to speak Thai irrelevant, even English
teachers may apply. Which brings me to my point on my experience of participating in and observing the mating game in Bangkok and carefully crafting my dodgy image over the years. If you are looking for a "good" girl of the highest quality then they exist but you must market yourself. My top few dozen tips for expats (some items may be downscaled for English teachers but you will get my drift) to get them past initial scrutiny:
1.Get a haircut every month.
2.Dress respectably, clean and neat, even stylish casual but never scruffy.
3.Appear to be a solid middle class professional even if not.
4.Cufflinks and tie on a tailored white shirt screams solvent and respectable.
5.Do not get sucked in. Thai ladies can welcome you into their warm soft bodies, then their warm soft minds and you are a goner, a piece of helpless meat.
6.See who you are talking to beyond the pretty face and trim body, be critical of class and circumstances, corroborate all life stories where possible .
7.Only hang out with the right standard of friend, your friends say a lot about you
8.Do not bring cheaply dressed or groomed women to your office or apartment, this shows who they are at a glance.
9.Go to better places. Cheap Charlie's on Sukhumvit Soi 11 or even CM2 is not the place and Nana Plaza or Cowboy is pathetic.
10.If you meet a barfly for a drink, Soi 33 is almost acceptable in expat circles (strange but true) and their opinion of you may count.
11.Live here or come for long vacations with an express purpose, pointless hanging around will deter many prospects.
12.Meet people who are not at the bottom of the social strata, let them know you are single and available and not an idiot.
13.Keep yourself clean-shaven, well groomed and free from vice (and lice).
14.Do not mention how much money you have, the signs will be positive if you follow these rules.
15.Pay the bill at dinner at nice Italian restaurants, good girls love Italian food (Spaghetti Alfredo a sign of an unsophisticated?)
16.Do not worry about being fluent in Thai, your ideal mate already speaks better English than you do, but do be witty and sincere and don't ape Thai customs such as the wai unless you are really experienced, they know you are not Thai.
17.If you expect / demand sexual aerobics on night 1 or even month 3 save your time and money now.
18.Consider getting a good address / house to live in or even share. (Get a Thai lady to help) A good house IS CHEAPER than a condo.
19.Get a car, preferably imported or new. No one walks unless poor. If clapped out Toyota claim it is a company car but keep it very clean. (i.e. your driver must have polished it but you have given him the night off)
20.If you have a live in maid or security or front desk, NEVER take anyone home at night ESPECIALLY TWO AT A TIME.
21.If she brings friends on your date do not worry, more the merrier, you are being vetted and may be accepted. DO NOT GET DRUNK.
22.Do not talk about bars, women, your exploits in Makati, your best lay, how you love Thai ladies, BUT do feel free to explain why farang women are crap.
23.Do not show overt affection in public, Thai ladies are sensitive and sober enough to tell if you like them.

Kissing Explained

A first kiss should always be done while the two of you are alone. This will help to avoid any unnecessary nervousness and embarrassing situations. The best type of kiss is one that uses different variations such as starting with a small kiss, working into a French Kiss, maybe sucking on your partner's upper or lower lip. And don't just leave kisses to the lips. Kiss their cheeks, their chin or their eyelids. This can be very seductive and romantic.

1. Basic Kissing Tips

Great Breath - This is very important. Make sure you brush your teeth before going out on your date. There is nothing worse than kissing someone with bad breath. If your date consists of having something to eat before the actual kiss, make sure you have a mint on hand to take right after you finish eating. Don't take the mint just before the kiss or chew on gum. You don't want to have something in your mouth when you kiss.

Moist Lips - You want your lips to be slightly moist when you kiss. Run your tongue over your lips once before you kiss. Don't wear lip gloss because that tends to make the kiss too gooey. And don't wear a lot of lipstick unless you want your partner to wear it too after the kiss. Slightly moist lips makes it easier to move your lips over your partner's and gives both you and your partner a more pleasant experience.

Positioning - Stand close to your partner. As the two of you move closer together tilt your head slightly. If you can see which way your partner's head is tilting, tilt your head slightly in the opposite direction.

Close Eyes - Just before your lips meet, close your eyes. Some people prefer to leave their eyes open during the kiss. But until you know what your partner prefers, it is best to close your eyes.

Open Lips - Open your mouth slightly and place your lips over your partner's lips. Do not hold your breath! Breath through your nose. As your lips meet, press them gently over your partner's. You may wish to move your lips in a slow, circular motion or just leave them still over your partners.

Closed Lips - This is like the type of kiss you'd give your grandma or aunt. Instead of opening your mouth when your lips meet, keep them closed. This is also a good way of letting your partner know this is as far as it goes. It also makes a great hello/good-bye kiss or a great first time kiss if you're nervous.

2. French Kissing

This is the most popular type of kiss. This involves touching your tongue with your partner's and it can be quite a pleasant experience. There are a few tips to create a great french kiss.

Open Lips - Open your lips over your partner's slightly more than you would during a regular kiss. This makes it easier to place your tongue in your partner's mouth.

Tongue - Place the tip of your tongue on the tip of your partner's tongue. Do not force your tongue too far into their mouth. If you wish, you can play with their tongue by circling theirs with your own. Have fun with it. Explore.

Lips - You may explore different ways of using your tongue. Try running the tip of your tongue over your partner's lips. Do this slowly and gently, just using the tip of your tongue.

3. Suck Kissing

This can be a very seductive type of kiss. Instead of French Kissing with your mouth open, while your partner's lips are parted suck on their top our bottom lip with your own, just for a second or two. Then go back to another type of kiss or try the other lip.

4. Nip Kissing

This type of kiss has to be done carefully, but when done correctly can create a wonderful effect on your date. While suck kissing, gently bite their lip, but be VERY gentle so as not to hurt your date / partner. This kiss should only be done with someone that you've kissed a few times before, otherwise you may shock your partner.

5. Surprise Kissing

This type of kiss is done when your partner is lying down on a sofa or the ground, either asleep or just lying with their eyes closed. Quietly approach your partner and place a small, very gentle kiss on their lips. Intensify the kiss until your partner opens their eyes or awakens.

Can Taking a break help your Relationship

There are times when a relationship reaches a point where one or both partners feel the need for some space and want a break from each other, believing that a break will do the relationship good. Can taking time apart from each other help your relationship or is taking a break simply a way to avoid certain issue that will still be there waiting for you when you get back together?

Every relationship varies and it is important that every couple understands that taking time apart is not a substitute for fixing or solving problems, because if you part when you are having problems, they will be waiting for you when you meet again- so it is essential that you talk about your issues first before you decide a break is needed and best for the relationship. Many get scared and paranoid when their partner asks for some time alone, because they fear that their partner may not love them anymore or will not come back. Though it is always possible for your partner to change their mind during the break and decide not to continue with the relationship, there is no need to fear taking the break, because the two of you would eventually broken up anyway, because your partner was probably already thinking of doing so before- so it is inevitable.

Many times, one or both people in a relationship will lose themselves in some way or form and will begin to feel stress and resentment in the relationship, even though it may not be about a partner personally. In every relationship, couples will compromise their differences to keep things healthy and happy and in making these compromising and changes, you both have to let go of a part of yourselves in order to compromise your differences. Sometimes this happens so often, that one or both of you will feel like you have completely lost yourselves and will feel stressed and resentment against each other, even though it has nothing to do with a partner personally. Relationships can get so deep- and you both can connect as one so intensely that you neglect yourselves as individuals, and in order to re-discover yourselves, there will need to be some time apart from each other.

Remember, you need to be whole as an individual first in order to be whole together as a couple, and time apart is best if one or both of you feel like you need to get back in touch with your individuality. Some couples get so excited when they enter a relationship, that everything moves so fast, which can get stressful, pressuring and scary, in which a break is then a good idea as well. Taking time apart can help a relationship build a better bond because you will both replenish yourselves during that break and will then be able to give the relationship the efforts and attention it needs to keep healthy. If you are afraid that you will lose the relationship if you take a break, then just remember that you would have broken up later anyway- not because of the break, but because you grew apart, had irreparable issues or maybe your partner just wanted to move on.

So do not fear what is not in your control. Just stay calm and see what good a break can do for both of you and your relationship. Besides, you both owe it to yourselves to get back in touch with your individualities and learn more new things about yourself, so that you will be able to teach your partner more about you- and the more you know about each other, the more you will understand your differences and will be able to build the connection that works best for the both of you.

What’s the Secret to Your Success?

By Michael S. Hyatt ( President & CEO Thomas Nelson Publishers )

As a CEO, I get asked this a lot. And, I'm always a little embarrassed by it. For the most part, I get the question from people who are in their twenties. They want to know “the secret path to the top.”

This past weekend, I received an email from one of my readers. He started, “I have an MBA, but I must have missed the course on Fast-Tracking My Career. If you had to boil it down to one thing, Mr. Hyatt, what would you recommend to a young, aspiring person such as myself?”

I'm not sure I could boil it down to one thing. Life isn’t usually that simple. But if I really, really had to boil it down to one thing, I would say this: responsiveness.

So many people I meet are unresponsive. They don’t return their phone calls promptly. They don’t answer their emails quickly. They don’t complete their assignments on time. They promise to do something and never follow through. They have to be reminded, prodded, and nagged. This behavior creates work for everyone else and eats into their own productivity. Sadly, they seem oblivious to it.

When I was a kid, we used to play “Tag.” The objective was simple: keep from becoming “It.” If someone tagged you (touched you), you became “it” until you tagged someone else. Whoever was “it” when the game ended, lost.

Business is very similar. People “tag” us in countless ways every day. They place calls. They send emails. They mention something to us in a meeting. Suddenly, we are “it.” And, just like the game, if you stay “it” too long, you lose. The only winning strategy is to respond quickly and make someone else “it.”

Reality is that we live in an “instant world.” People want instant results. They don’t want to wait. And if they have to wait on you, their frustration and resentment grows. They begin to see you as an obstacle to getting their work done. If that happens, it will begin to impact your reputation. Pretty soon people start saying, “I can never get a timely response from him,” or “When I send her an email, I feel like it goes into a black hole,” or worse, your colleagues just roll their eyes and sigh at the mention of your name.

Yet, these are the very people who will push you up or pull you down. You cannot succeed without the support of your peers and subordinates. (Go back and re-read that sentence again.)

As I was making my way to the top, my former boss, Sam Moore, used to ask everyone I worked with, “What’s it like to work with Mike?” “How’s he really doing?” “Do you think he could take on more responsibility?” In responding to him, all they had was their experience with me. If I hadn’t been responsive to them, how do you think they would have responded to his questions? “More responsibility? Are you kidding me? He can’t handle what he has now!” It wouldn’t take too many candid responses like that to tank my career.

And yet this happens to people all the time. I can’t tell you how many meetings I have sat in where people are complaining about someone else’s work habits. “He always waits until the last minute.” “She never plans ahead.” “I can never get him to respond to my emails.” You may think that the people who are making these comments are too far down the food chain to matter. I can assure you they aren’t. They have a way of bubbling to the top where the decisions about your career are made.

The truth is, you are building your reputation—your brand—one response at a time. People are shaping their view of you by how you respond to them. If you are slow, they assume you are incompetent and over your head. If you respond quickly, they assume you are competent and on top of your work. Their perception, whether you realize it or not, will determine how fast your career advances and how high you go. You can’t afford to be unresponsive. It is a career-killer.

My basic rule is this: respond immediately unless there is a good reason to wait. Obviously, this isn’t always possible, especially since I spend so much time in meetings. Nevertheless, I rarely let messages sit longer than a day. Twenty-four hours is the outside edge. If you can’t respond now, then at least acknowledge that you have received the message: “I received your message. I don’t have time to give it the attention it deserves right now, but you can expect to hear from me before the end of the day tomorrow.”

The great thing about being responsive is that it will quickly differentiate you from your peers. People love doing business with responsive people. Nothing will advance your career faster than this.

The Success Factor

By Shirley

The Definition of Success? Quite simply it depends. Do you mean ... ?

* - Business success

* - Successful women and men

* - Successful marriages or relationships

* - Successful families

* - Social success

* - Financial success

* - Successful career

How we view the world will depend on how we define success. Success can mean different things to different people.

A success story for one person will differ greatly from a success story of another individual. One person may value a career over relationships. A success story regarding a professional achievement will mean more to them that someone who has a successful family life. This, of course may change over time. As we go through life, success and our goals change, depending on circumstances and personal growth.

Success and setting goals.

Most people want to be successful in life and to be considered a success by others. You need to know how you define success. Only once you have completed this exercise, can you then set goals that will result in your success, and identify those critical success factors that you can relate to.

All my life, I always wanted to be somebody. Now I see that I should have been more specific. Lily Tomlin

If you do not know what your goals are, how will you know when you have achieved them? Success is about moving towards what you deem to be important in your life.

Dont compare yourself to anyone else it detracts you from your own goals. What someone else is striving towards may not be what your ultimate goal is.

Once the goals are set, then the hard work begins in order to reach those goals. Richard Branson started his entrepreneurial career from a houseboat. It was through vision, determination, knowing what he wanted to achieve and continually striving towards these dreams, that he reached them.

Success comes in all different shapes and sizes with one common denominator - success is important and it takes work to reach.

Success and money.

Success does not always have to involve money. There are millions of people in the world who may not have money, but they are happy and hence successful in themselves.

Money alone cannot measure success. Does the person who has money feel fulfilled and at peace with themselves? The answer to this question will determine whether or not success has been attained.

The Success Factor.

Regardless of what your specific success is, there are ways to surpass your goal. We have put together success factors that can guide you towards success.

There is no better gratification than being successful. Accept that you are in for some hard work but the results will be incredible. Use the success tips on this website as guidelines and step outside the box.

The 101 Percent Formula for Entrepreneurial Success

By Jeff Burrows ( Professor of Entrepreneurship at Trump University )

If you are starting a new business, the day will finally come to stop planning and start interacting with your customers. That day is of critical importance. Ultimately, it will determine your success or failure. To get the most from that moment, I recommend an approach that I call giving your customers 100 percent of your promise, plus an additional one percent. How can you deliver101 percent of your promise? Let me explain.

You start by answering this question:

What is my promise to my customers?

Let's say, for example, that you are starting a company that will install swimming pools. If that is your business, this might be your promise:

My company will install only the most durable, beautiful, state-of-the-art pools.

That is a good promise. But it is not enough, because you also need to fulfill:

Your promise plus one percent.

Now, what do I mean by your promise plus one percent?

Let me return to the example of a company that installs swimming pools. If that is your business, you know that deciding to have a swimming pool installed is a very big moment in your customers' lives. But it is also a dangerous moment for you, because your customers are so focused on the idea of having a pool, they will forget that you are going to have to dig a big ditch first. They will forget that your trucks are going to back up and make a mess of the yard. They never stop to think that they are going to be scared silly because their kids are going to want to run around in the work area.

If you can identify and manage that extra one percent of issues, you are going to stand out as a company and make profits.

You can add that extra one percent of value by explaining the whole construction process to your customers, so they will know what to expect. You can introduce all your workers to your customers, so they will not be alarmed to see strangers on their property. You can take extra measures to ensure their kids' safety. And you can completeyour work in a way so that when your pools are installed, your customers will say, --Wow, my yard and landscaping look even nicer now than when the pool company came!--

That is delivering on your promise plus one percent. And it will make all the difference in your company's ability to generate profits and outperform the competition. Your satisfied customers are going to tell people what a wonderful job you did. They will be handing out your business cards to their friends. They will be happy to give you testimonials.

Now, you might say that a pool business is unusual and that the things I say above don't translate to your company. But the principle of adding an extra one percent does translate. Have you ever had a terrific car-buying experience, for example, or a terrible one? If you have, you know that you have told other people.

So build your promise plus one percent plan, and remember to use it in lead generation. Run ads that say that you will care for your customers' landscaping as though it were your own, or that you are a caring, family-run enterprise. The more effectively you communicate how well you manage that extra one percent, the faster your enterprise will prosper.
